Privacy

Information about access logs, referral parameters, external links and authorised publishing accounts on the CUFE AI²F website.

Scope

This notice applies to the Center's public website. Sign-in, payment and agent tools inherited from the underlying system are outside the public research website and are excluded from search indexing.

Visits to public pages

Public institutional pages do not load advertising, affiliate marketing, commercial customer-service or third-party analytics components from the former system. The hosting service records request information needed for security, fault diagnosis and traffic measurement. This may include the time of access, requested address, browser identifier, referring page and network address.

Referral parameters

Public pages do not store marketing parameters such as “utm_source” in cookies or local storage. A query parameter already present in an address is sent with that request but is not saved by the Center's public pages.

Contact initiated by visitors

The public website does not currently provide a submission or message form. Information sent through a contact channel listed on a university page is processed by the relevant communication service and recipient for the stated purpose.

External links

The website links to university, publisher and other source pages. Data processing after a visitor leaves this website is governed by the relevant external service.

Publishing accounts

The publishing system is restricted to authorised users. Account, role, action and version records support access control, audit and content recovery and are not disclosed on public pages.

Changes and enquiries

A material change in data processing will be reflected on this page. Privacy enquiries can be made through the contact page.
