In March 2026, DIGICARBON (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd, the enterprise established on the basis of the Digital Finance Research Center's research team, received National High-Tech Enterprise certification. The certification was jointly approved by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration, with a three-year term.
Significance
National High-Tech Enterprise certification is a comprehensive assessment of a company's core proprietary intellectual property, capacity to convert research into applications, R&D management standards and growth indicators. The certification confirmed that the team's technical research and innovation in carbon-pricing intelligence, full-lifecycle carbon finance product management and carbon-asset digitalisation had met national standards — a public verification of the research center's transfer of academic work into industry.
